In a world where clarity can sometimes be forgotten, please read the following so you are aware of our current Terms & Conditions:
- Please note that we require 48 hours notice for cancellation of all appointments.
- Cancellations below the minimum requirement of 48 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
- Any cancellations in excess of 48 hours will not incur a charge.
- We expect all clients to continue taking their prescribed medication during treatment until directed otherwise by their medical professional.
- Confidentiality of clients is observed at all times unless otherwise directed in writing.
- Once in receipt of a signed consent form, the consent to treatment shall stand for any subsequent sessions unless there is a change in chosen therapy, whereupon a new consent form will be obtained.
